Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your VIRATA purchase, you may return your item/s under the following terms:

  • You notify (Via e-mail at info@viratawatches.com ) us within 48 hours of receiving your item/s.
  • Your item/s being returned are in the original shape and packaging, i.e. protective plastic still on the sapphire crystal, item or items unworn and unused, and undamaged.
  • Your item/s being returned include all original warranty card and watch care instructions provided.

Returns following the aforementioned policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return insurance and shipping costs for the return is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER returning the item/s. VIRATA is NOT responsible for uninsured or poorly packaged items lost or damaged during the return.

Exchanged items follow the same guidelines and may be exchanged for anything in our store currently in stock.  If exchanging for a more expensive item, the exchanged value will be applied toward the purchase with only the cost difference to be paid.  If exchanging for a less expensive item, the cost difference will be kept as a store credit.

Shipping

VIRATA reserves the right to use our preferred methods of shipping and may require a signature upon delivery.  All customs and duties taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
